Frequently asked questions
- What is GradePro?
- GradePro is a school management platform built for Nigerian schools. It covers academic structure (sessions, terms, grade levels, classes and subjects), student records, continuous assessment and exam grading, report cards and transcripts, attendance, computer-based tests, online assignments, school fees and accounting. Each school runs on its own branded portal at a subdomain such as your-school.gradeproo.com.
- Who is GradePro for?
- Primary and secondary schools in Nigeria, including schools running JSS and SS grade levels with sub-grades. Administrators, teachers, students and parents each get their own dashboard with access limited to what their role should see.
- How much does GradePro cost?
- Pricing is based on the number of active students. Plans start at ₦5,000 per month for up to 50 students and run to ₦20,000 per month for up to 250 students. Schools above 250 students are billed per student at ₦100 per student per month. Annual billing charges for ten months instead of twelve, about 17% less than paying monthly. There are no setup fees.
- Does GradePro handle Nigerian continuous assessment and grading?
- Yes. You define your own continuous assessment components and weightings, your own grade boundaries and remarks, and WAEC-style grade scales. GradePro compiles cumulative scores and computes positions at class, grade and sub-grade level. Changing a grading setting never rewrites past results — historical results stay locked to the scheme they were graded under.
- Does every school get its own portal?
- Yes. Every school runs on its own subdomain — for example your-school.gradeproo.com — carrying the school's own name and logo. School data is isolated per school; a user on one school's portal cannot reach another school's records.
- Can GradePro run computer-based exams without internet?
- Yes. GradePro includes question banks, timed and secured CBT exams, auto-grading and bulk question import, plus an offline exam mode for schools with unreliable connectivity. CBT scores flow straight into the results that appear on report cards.
- Can parents and students see results online?
- Yes. Parents and students sign in to their own dashboards on the school's portal to view results, attendance, assignments and announcements, and parents can follow their children's assignment submissions and fee balances.
- Can we move our existing records into GradePro?
- Yes. You can recreate past academic sessions under the grading scheme you used at the time, upload years of historical scores in bulk, and include students who have already left, so full transcripts are available from your first term on the platform.
- Is there a free trial?
- No. A school needs an active subscription before it can add students. Monthly plans carry a 7-day money-back guarantee instead, excluding payment processing charges. Annual plans are non-refundable.
- Who builds and operates GradePro?
- GradePro is built and operated by Void Systems Limited, a technology company registered in Nigeria.
